Psychological support to facilitate building healthy relationships with seropositive individuals. Identity acceptance and practical tools for managing anxiety and improving quality of life. Strengthened potential of patient organizations specializing in HIV-related issues.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Agreement Date:<\/b> April 22, 2026<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"31\">Funding Value:<\/b> PLN 48,850 (Total task cost: PLN 59,450)<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">Nationwide Meetings of People Living with HIV have been held in Poland for many years, organized by various organizations. In 2026, <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"132\">Bridge of Hope<\/b> is organized by the <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"167\">Sisters<\/b>\u00a0group in collaboration with the <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"219\">Family Development Association (TRR)<\/b>, the <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"261\">&#8220;Be with Us&#8221; (B\u0105d\u017a z Nami) Association<\/b>, and the <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"309\">Parasol Foundation<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">The organization of this meeting is made possible through a grant from the <b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"75\">National AIDS Center<\/b>. Funding for &#8220;Sisters&#8221;: PLN 48,850, Funding for TRR: PLN 37,475, <strong>Total Project Value: PLN 96,925<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\">The meeting is scheduled for <b data-path-to-node=\"18\" data-index-in-node=\"39\">September 17\u201320<\/b> at the <b data-path-to-node=\"18\" data-index-in-node=\"62\">&#8220;Ba\u0142tyk&#8221; Holiday Resort<\/b> in Stegna (near Gda\u0144sk).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\">We plan to host 80 participants this year, balancing long-time attendees with those coming for the first time.
